Bicycle Store is not responsible for:

• Accidents, damage to property or persons, injuries or lesions resulting from improper use of the bicycle;

• Loss, thefts or damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period;

• Any illegal or unlawful use by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to third parties or to the vehicle during the rental period and undertakes to return the bicycle in the condition in which it was delivered, except for normal use.

7. Intellectual property

All content (text, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics) is the property of Bicycle Store or used under license. Any unauthorized use, in whole or in part, is prohibited and punishable by law.
